Senegal

EWB OC has adopted a project in Ziguinchor, Senegal, which is home to several hundred villagers that suffer from water scarcity and poor water quality. This issue has existed for decades and they are currently using wells that they access by foot. The project will address their water supply issue and any other basic needs.

We are planning to travel in December 2022 or January 2023 to assess the project site conditions, build trust and partnership with the community and Non-Governmental Organization (NGO).
